Closure of Administrative Offices on Saturdays, Effective April 2027

OBJECTIVE.
Starting in April 2027, administrative offices will be closed on Saturdays. Even during academic terms, administrative counters and office services will not be available on Saturdays, except for certain counters and facilities.
Rikkyo University has continued to shift various administrative procedures and inquiry systems online and to improve its administrative operations, enabling more procedures and services to be accessed without visiting an office in person.
In light of these improvements in convenience and changes in administrative procedures, office hours will be changed as follows:
Until March 2027
Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
From April 2027 Onwards
Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturdays: Generally closed
There will be no change to Saturday opening hours for the Library or the Media Center. In addition, non-administrative units, such as research institutes, are also not subject to this change.
Moreover, administrative offices that are normally closed on Saturdays may operate temporarily as necessary. Since Rikkyo University will post updates as more details are decided, please check the latest information on the webpage of each administrative office and unit.
