Job Announcement for Professor or Associate Professor (International Business/Strategic Management) in the College of Business

- Classes to teach：
International Business/Strategic Management-related Courses, Seminars and Other Undergraduate and Graduate Courses including flipped classrooms, dialogue-based, project-based, and student-led classes.

April 1, 2026
- Compensation:
Conditions of employment are determined by the University's regulations.
（The mandatory retirement age is 65.）
- Qualifications:
(1) Ph.D. in international business, strategic management or related field
(2) Outstanding research record in research within the field of international business, strategic management or related areas.
(3) Experience in teaching and mentoring in “International Business”, “Strategic Management” courses at the university or graduate level.
(4) Capability to teach in both English and Japanese.
(5) Ability to contribute to the curriculum development of the College of Business and the university-wide curriculum.

(1) Resume or CV: Include a photograph, contact details, email address, affiliated academic societies, and teaching history (specify subjects taught). For courses with unclear content such as "Special Lectures in Business Administration," provide a detailed description.
(2) List of Research Achievements: Mark the most important with ◎ and the other two with ○. Include journal rankings if applicable.
(3) Summaries of the Top 3 Major Works: Up to 400 characters each (up to 2000 characters for doctoral dissertations and monographs).
(4) PDF Files of the Top 3 Major Works: For book chapters, include only the relevant sections. Only doctoral dissertations are accepted. Master's theses are not accepted.
(5) Teaching Record Related to 4. Field above: Curriculum, lecture plans, and syllabi.
(6) Academic Transcripts: For the highest degree obtained.

(1) Resume Format: Download and use the designated Rikkyo University format.
(2) Research Achievements: Fill out the "Books and Academic Papers List" on the third page of the designated resume format.
(3) Additional documents may be requested during the selection process.
- Selection method: Document review, followed by interviews and teaching/materials demonstrations for short-listed candidates
※ Short-listed candidates will be emailed to schedule a time for an interview by the end of December.

(1) Interviews will be conducted online, and in-person mock lectures may require self-funded travel and accommodation.
