Office hours to be shortened as preventive measures against the Novel Coronavirus (updated March 26)

OBJECTIVE.
Rikkyo University has decided to shorten the office hours for students as preventive measures against the Novel Coronavirus. The updated office hours are:
Monday to Friday: 10:30 to 15:30
Saturday: 10:30 to 12:30
These office hours remain temporary and are effective on Tuesday, March 3 until Wednesday, April 29.
Note 1: The office hours at Independent Graduate Schools Office are:
Monday to Friday: 12:30 to 20:30
Saturday: 10:00 to 17:00
Note 2: The office hours at Clinic are:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 16:00
Saturday: Closed
Note 3: The office hours at Library, Career Center are set differently. Please refer to the following link for their office hours:

We are taking necessary measures to prevent the Novel Coronavirus (refer to the following link: https://english.rikkyo.ac.jp/news/2020/dn4ddm0000001quc.html ), and at this time we have decided to take these measures in order to prevent the infection from spreading further in the country.
