Campus Harassment Prevention

Introduction

The Rikkyo University Center for Human Rights and Harassment prevention was established on April 1, 2006, merging together the Human Rights Center (which was active from 1999) and the Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee. The Center’s objectives are to foster awareness of human rights in Rikkyo students and faculty, to raise awareness of human rights to prevent their infringement, and to work to solve problems in cases where on-campus harassment, discrimination, and other infringements of human rights have occurred.
