Rikkyo University is a member of the Tokyo National Museum, the National Museum of Nature and Science, the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, the National Museum of Art, and the Ancient Orient Museum, allowing students use of these facilities on display of their Student ID Card. Angel Room (Day Care Center for Children)

Rikkyo University has opened Angel Room day care centers at the Ikebukuro and Niiza Campuses for University students and staff who are unable to look after their children while attending to lessons or work.

The centers are open only on Saturday and holiday school days, and will accept children aged 4 months old through to first-year primary school children. Reservations can be made up to three working days before the desired date (or five working days before a school day that coincides with a holiday).

Students can use the facility at a cost of 300 JPY per 30 minutes.
