Job Announcement for English Adjunct Lecturers

Rikkyo University English Language Program (ELP at Center for the University-wide Curriculum) is seeking applicants for a full-time contract teaching positions starting April 1, 2018.

1.Position English Adjunct Lecturers
2.Qualifications 1.Native or near native English ability (All nationalities welcomed).
2.MA in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field.
3.Minimum of one-year experience in teaching English at the university level in Japan.
4. Minimum of one academic publication.
5. A practical knowledge of Japanese.
3.Starting Date April 1, 2018
4.Conditions One-year contract renewable four times (up to five years total).
5.Duties 1.Four-day week teaching load.
2.Teach up to ten courses per semester, including office hours.
3.Curriculum and materials development, proctoring, and faculty development.
6.Location Office: Language Center, Building #6, Ikebukuro Campus
Teaching: Ikebukuro Campus & Niiza Campus
7.Remuneration and benefits Based on Rikkyo University regulations.
