International Symposium "Recent Trend and Development of Organic Food" on September 9

What are the findings in the consumer research in organic food market? What are the characteristics of organic consumers? What are the differences in Japanese and European organic food market and con-sumers? We will discuss these questions in this symposium. All are welcome.
