Rikkyo University Signs an Exchage Agreement with National Chengchi University (Taiwan)

Rikkyo University and National Chengchi University in Taiwan have established an exchange agreement, and are going to start a partner relationship, including student exchange programs. This is the 42nd (13th in Asian, 1st with Taiwan) partner university for Rikkyo.
National Chengchi University, originally the Central Party Affairs School of the Chinese Nationalist Party, established in 1927, is known as one of the best national universities in Taiwan. It consists of 9 colleges and 33 departments, with more than 15,000 students and 630 faculty members (as of March, 2009). It also takes part in the five-year plan of Taiwan's Ministry of Education, and is ranked as one of the world’s TOP 300 universities.
