Job Announcement for Professor or Associate Professor (English Language Education) Application Deadline: 2021.06.10

Keyword:INFORMATION

OBJECTIVE.

Rikkyo University started as a private school that taught Christian Bible studies and English in 1874 by the Episcopal Church missionary Bishop, Channing Moore Williams. The university has now grown to over 19,000 students spanning ten of faculties. While we have continued to place a particular emphasis on English language within the entire university education, our English program should be prepared to play new and more active roles in the contemporary society of expanding globalization.
In adapting to this necessity, we opened the new Center for Foreign Language Education and Research (FLER) in 2020 with the aim of integrating theory and practice. This new institution is organized by a group of practitioner-researchers conducting cutting-edge research and having profound experience of teaching, curriculum development, and program management. We are inviting a new member with excellent research achievements and broad teaching experience to join our team and work together to advance our English language program.
